Welcome future residents, we have tried to streamline the rental process to make it as simple and quick as possible. To start, please access the rental application by clicking HERE

and fill it out

Send the rental application by emailing to eastonrealtyproperties@gmail.com with all supporting documents. Also text to 614-599-5772 a copy of drivers licence for all occupants of age 18 years old and older.

 

or drop them to office at 94 Northwoods Blvd., Suite C, Columbus, OH 43235

 

For showing, Please text Ray at 614-599-5772 with your contact information and showing date and time. Then we will Contact you with conformation.

Another online document that might help expedite the rental process is our rental agreement which can be found HERE.

Rental Insurance with minimum lability of 300K and having Easton Realty as an interest entity is required. All utilities, yard maintenance and snow removal are tenants responsibilities.
